I used to use Logseq. But found out you can do the same with DEVONthink. eg. [[Linking]] Make your templates. They also have a great support forum to help you and they answer all your questions. They were founded in 2002 & they have a rock-solid system!

My all-in-one is Notion, it's got the calendar, task manager, capture and note-taking all in one! It's been my life OS for a while now, I love this tool!

The new calendar app is awesome! I did a quick review when it came out : https://productivehappiness.substack.com/p/playing-around-with-notion-calendar it is really a game changer so far! and they are improving on it constantly. Also for quick capture, I have a page in my setup for quickly capturing tasks and notes. I put a widget on the home screen of my phone and it's quick and easy to capture

Ohhh goood question and you sound so organized! It does take tools though, doesn't it!

I have a Notion Home & Work Hub, which houses everything in a minimalist and pretty way. I found a great template and have stuck with it for a long time. It links to any other tool I use as well. I do keep a social media content spreadsheet and a separate editorial spreadsheet for my writing and newsletter. Those are the basics and are keeping me sane. I am also removing sheets from the spreadsheets that I don't need, and pages from Notion that I don't need - feeling the need to purge. My mind is a bit scattered - too much going on in this noggin', so minimal is best.

I always have a notebook for daily written notes, and a separate notebook for wellness and journaling.

It is so tempting Martine... I get that shiny new productivity thing! Overcomplicating brings me dowwwnnnnn... I think discovering Notion was one of the best things - it pulled me off Trello. Although I still add to some Trello boards and will refer to past things I saved on Trello.
