For me sleep is my priority and especially at certain times of my menstrual cycle my energy levels flux - it's a timely reminder thank you x

Saying no is the best, as is an early night. Bliss! And agreed- when I say no more often, I find that I enjoy the things I say yes to far more. Excellent reminders, all.

It makes the yes things about 10x as satisfying. And yes- the pressure of the holidays can be a lot. Flex those no muscles, everyone! xx

I love this Martine! I finally learned that saying "no" can be part of my well-being and started unapologetically saying it when I need to.
